Exchange Policy

- Exchanges are also accepted within 10 days if the item is packed and in original condition.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1) Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 10 – day window.
2) Provide your order details, product details and contact details.
b. Box up your products
The products must not be opened or unpacked. Wrap and seal your products in their original packaging with receipt. And send us a message on +965 60447490
c. Hand over your return
Our courier partner may take 3-5 business days to pick it up. They will give you an acknowledgement receipt..
d. Receive your refund
We’ll check your returns and credit your refund to your bank account in 4-15 days. If you have paid by cash or Knet you will receive a refund to My Credit in your account.
